Delivery Time Inquiry

Hello everyone,

I have a question about the delivery time for a recent purchase. Yesterday, I won a luxury sedan on the A.C. Agency Inc's website(https://acagencyinc.com). I've received the invoice and completed the payment. The invoice states that delivery should take 4 business days.

Does anyone know when the delivery process begins or how soon I should expect it? I assume it was processed yesterday or today. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I know, the delivery starts each Monday of the week. I'm an A.C. Agency Inc. customer too (I've purchased a 2019 BMW 5 Series from them). In my case, I won the auction on Thursday, paid on Friday and they started the delivery next Monday. I hope this helps.

According to their delivery page, shipments begin every Monday. To ensure you'll be home, simply give them a call. The customer support team is friendly and helpful.
